What can you learn about yourself through coloring?

You can only binge-watch so much. Here is an invitation to turn off the TV and turn on your creativity. Print multiple copies of this mandala and color each one differently. Use different materials (markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.) and change up the colors and techniques. Don’t judge or overthink it—just let yourself be free to immerse yourself in creativity. There is no right or wrong way to color this mandala.

When you’re finished, ponder what feelings each one raises in you. How do the colors and textures relate to what’s happening in your heart?
