Are you interested in exploring art and creativity as a means of knowing yourself and growing in mindfulness? This FREE 20-day course invites you into deeper insight through multiple intuitive art, drawing concentrations, and collage practices. These mindful, creative practices free us from conscious thinking and self-criticism, allowing us to open new pathways for insight.  This is not an art course nor do you need to think of yourself as artistic or creative. 
We’ll meet weekly over four Saturdays via Zoom for a live session introducing the mindful art practice for that week. Throughout the week, you’ll receive a daily email with mindful art practice and a prompt to get you started.
