Are you interested in exploring art and creativity as a means of knowing yourself and growing in mindfulness? This 20-day course invites you into deeper insight through multiple intuitive art, drawing concentrations, and collage practices. These mindful, creative practices free us from conscious thinking and personal criticism, allowing us to open new pathways for insight and growth. This is not an art course nor do you need to think of yourself as artistic or creative.
This FREE course is offered through the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness (MAM). You do not need to be a member to participate. This course will stretch you a little but still be a lot of fun! Learn more at the MAM website.
A 3-Week Course on Creativity and Mindfulness
Mindful, creative engagement in all that we do is the natural response to our world. The very act of being mindful opens us to an unlimited world of creativity. This course is intended to be your guide for opening to mindfulness and creative engagement on a daily basis in all that you do. You can learn to engage creatively in any number of ways, simply by learning how to be mindful.
A 4-Week Course on Mindfulness Meditation
Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in an intimate, small group setting online. This course is designed for beginners or those seeking a deeper understanding of their personal practice. Mindfulness meditation is not religious and can be practiced by all people, regardless of religion or affiliation. It does not require any special equipment or physical ability.
