Enjoy group practice in this bi-weekly, 60-minute mindfulness group. Our growing community focuses on deepening our understanding of awareness and mindful living through the practice of mindfulness meditation. Weekly meetings include brief teaching and approximately 20-30 minutes of mindfulness meditation. We meet in person at various locations including E. H. Young Riverfront Park, as well as Zoom when advisable.

The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness offers a weekly practice meeting led by a rotating group of trained mindfulness teachers. Each class involves some combination of gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, and inquiry-based discussion. This class is offered both live online via Zoom and on-site and is open to both members and non-members.
