Today’s free audio practice can help us create a stronger sense of connection, and improve our relationship with change, transition, and identity. We’ll open to our interdependency, uprooting concepts of domination and superiority, and replacing them with kindness and compassion. People with very active minds find this practice helps to calm their minds while strengthening their ability to see interconnection and increasing their ability to accept change with greater ease.
