Pam Hausner
Pam is a secular certified Mindfulness Teacher, studying for the last two years under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, world-renowned mindfulness meditation teachers; Kristy Arbon of HeartWorks; and more recently with Roshi Joan Halifax. A member of International Mindfulness Teachers Association and the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness, co-founder of a bi-weekly Northland Meditation Friends group in Kansas City, Missouri.
Pam Hausner brings mindfulness to her professional work both as a political advocate and owner of Big Vision Design, a marketing agency that serves businesses and nonprofits who are committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Kristy Arbon
Kristy Arbon is founder and CEO of HeartWorks Training LLC, teaching from a trauma-informed and strengths perspective approach. She supports people in developing self-compassion, mindfulness, embodiment, shame resilience and intuition through training, mentoring, researching and writing.
Kristy’s offerings have deep roots in the traditions of mindfulness, sensory modulation, interoceptive awareness, embodiment, Polyvagal theory, neuroscience, Buddhist philosophy, Mindful Self-Compassion, internal parts work, and exploration of archetypes. She is the developer of the Somatic Self-Compassion curriculum, a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, and a qualified Social Worker.
